Prices

All prices are per apartment, per day (not per person), based on the minimum stay required for your selected dates.
For shorter stays, please contact us directly for availability and pricing. However the exact number of persons booking each apartment must be indicated when booking.

Groups

We do not accept group bookings of more than 16 people.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: From 17:00
  (If your apartment is ready earlier, we will check you in as soon as possible.)
• Check-out: By 10:00

Personal Data

All personal details are treated in accordance with data protection laws. Your data will never be shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.

Required at Check-In

Spanish law requires that all tourist accommodation collect registration details for every guest staying in the apartment.
At check-in, you must provide:

• Passport or official ID
• Home address
• Contact details for each guest

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €50 per person (cash) is required at check-in (or equivalent in GBP).
The deposit is returned on departure after inspection of the apartment, provided no damage has occurred.

Apartments must be left in the same clean condition as upon arrival.

Cleaning & Linen

Included in your stay:

• Over 7 nights: Linen 1x/week, Towels 2x/week
• 7 nights: Linen on arrival, Towels 2x during stay
• 4–6 nights: Linen on arrival, Towels 1x
• Less than 4 nights: No towel or linen changes

Light cleaning (floors and bathroom, excluding kitchen) is included during towel/linen change days.

Optional extras (request at reception):

• Extra linen change: €5 per person
• Extra towel change: €3 per person
  (Extra changes do not include cleaning)

Special Requests

We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee them.

Maximum Occupancy

For safety reasons, the number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in your booking.
Over-occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Apartment Regulations

To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, we kindly ask everyone to follow the apartment rules.
Serious or repeated rule violations may result in eviction without refund.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Luggage room

There is a luggage room which is controlled by security cameras where you can leave your luggage from the time that you vacate your apartment until you leave (free of charge).

Credit Cards

Yes upon arrival for the outstanding balance  of your reservation. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

For the other services that are not included in the price of the holiday we require cash payment.

PARKING

Exterior parking(limited spaces available, no pre-reservation possible), otherwise street parking parking

Optional services (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE)

• Hire of sun beds by the pool area. (during summer months).
• Air-conditioning ( during the summer months)
• Irons and hair-dryers (you can rent them from reception).
• Tennis court.
• Safety deposit boxes in the apartments.
• Extra linen and towel changes.
• Late checks outs until 16.00 hrs. (Subject to availability).
• Printing of documents.
• Scale in luggage room.
• WI-FI.
• Tickets or Excursions.
